Bitget Launches Accelerated Path to VIP 7 for Professional Traders

VICTORIA, SEYCHELLES, September 16th, 2026

Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has launched VIP to the Top, a campaign timed to the company's eighth anniversary. It gives qualifying professional traders direct access to VIP 7 — the highest tier of Bitget's VIP programme. The campaign runs from 15 September to 31 October under the slogan Built for Perfect Trades and recognises trading experience already earned elsewhere, including matching VIP status held on other exchanges.

At the centre of the campaign is Ultimate VIP Perks, which lets former Bitget VIP clients and VIP traders from other venues claim a 30-day VIP 7 Experience Card. Existing track records count: qualified participants do not need to climb every VIP tier from the bottom.

To unlock VIP status on Bitget during the eighth-anniversary campaign, current VIP users of other crypto exchanges must show proof of trading volume over the previous 30 days: at least 50 million USDT in futures or 30 million USDT in spot. Former Bitget VIP clients can also qualify if they reached VIP 4 or higher through futures volume between August 2025 and August 2026, but no longer hold Bitget VIP status when the campaign starts.

The campaign follows surveys and interviews with more than 300 Bitget VIP users. Trading costs and fees ranked among the decisive factors for high-frequency and professional traders. Those findings shaped a programme designed to lower the barriers that experienced traders face when switching venues or returning to Bitget.

For institutional clients and professional traders weighing Bitget's VIP programme around the eighth anniversary, the offer goes beyond fee discounts. It pairs competitive trading and lending rates with advanced API access, Unified Trading Account (UTA) infrastructure, multi-asset trading capabilities and dedicated VIP service. Qualifying participants can also extend VIP status by meeting additional trading requirements during the campaign window.

Alongside Ultimate VIP Perks, VIP to the Top includes a VIP Upgrade track and a TradFi Challenge, with tasks tied to spot trading of US equities and futures on traditional financial assets.

The launch comes as Bitget sharpens its focus on institutions, high-net-worth investors and professional traders in the next stage of UEX growth. As the platform expands across crypto and traditional markets, Bitget is evolving its VIP programme around the needs of high-volume traders: execution speed and quality, capital efficiency, connectivity and service depth.
